Im just scared he'll get really angry or something and not ever talk to me again. I really like this guy as a friend. What can i say to him, im clueless i have never been in any situation including drugs!

What he's doing is hurting himself. In fact, while he's doing drugs, he's NOT himself. If you say something to him, he may not speak to you again. But isn't that better, if he comes clean? I would prefer to never be friends with someone who's come clean, than to remain friends with someone who's slowly killing himself. Also, if nothing comes of talking to him, definitely tell an adult. It's alright if he gets in trouble. He may get the wake up call he needs to straighten out and quit.

Think about the bigger picture here. What's more important, your friendship with him and his feelings? Or is his health?

this has happened to me before
the best thing you can do is if your really good friends then ask them to promise you they wont do them again
let them know your there for them

the best thing to do is be honest with them about it
