You have a very limited imagination. Come-on lines should always be saved for when your too drunk to think. Prior to that you need to think on your feet and come up with stuff off-the-cuff. It doesn't have to be the best line ever, if a girl knows you just thought it up right then it'll get you points. Like if a girl's annoyed and she's like: "what, are you stupid?" you say something like "obviously not, I'm hitting on the hottest girl in the bar right now!". Or when your friends are in a bar talking baseball and a girl gets uppity and comes out with "I hate baseball!", you reply "as long as that's the only balls you hate, we'll get along fine!"
