Get one of those instant butane BBQ lighters that have the trigger to ignite them, and remove the butane, leaving only the high-voltage piezoeletric system that provides the ignition spark. Run the wires out the front to some contact points, and go around zapping people from behind. Harmless jolt, nothing like a taser.

This is interesting, at work they just put in concrete floors and when we ride around on the bike it builds up static electricty and if you touch someone it will zap them. if the other person just happens to be grabbing a piece of metal like conduit the zap will be even greater.
