I am 22 weeks pregant and there is no delicate way of putting the following. Since being pregnant whenever my husband and I make love he feels "too big", he just happens to be a little bigger than average, but its never been a problem til now, its uncomfortable at first then I kinda get used to the too tight feeling. Is this normal, any other women go through this?

I know exactly what you mean! My husband is the same way. It isn't painful, it just is tight feeling. I really don't know why it feels tighter other than alot of things change down in that region when you are pregnant, and we are swollen down there. I just use lots of lubricant and make him go slow. It is totally normal and is safe. I have never bled after sex, so I am sure that it is safe. Just watch for bleeding and contractions that don't stop after an 30 minutes or so.

This is normal, you have nothing to worry about! I'm only 9 weeks pregnant with my second child, and I feel the same way! This is due to everything in your body shifting and swelling and preparing you for the baby! Just go easy until you feel comfortable or try different positions.

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden i have felt the same way. This will be our second child together and I never felt that way with the first one. It is a little strange, but I dont think its abnormal.....lol!!

Everything is swollen when you're pregnant, esp down there! I didn't have this problem, but....
Try positions where you control the amount and speed of penetration (like you being on top). Also, ask your doc about the use of personal lubricant, it may help.

Pregnancy causes more blood flow to lower areas of your body, which can cause engorgement of the genitals. This is why things feel tighter. I have experienced the same thing. My OB told me that this is normal.

Normal to feel that way, try it different ways and maybe some ky will help. I know some women prefer doggy style and being on top.

Yes its very normal, I have four children, my fiance, loved to make love while i was pregnant. my advice get the book what to expect during pregnancy all the answers you need.

It's absolutely normal. I experienced this same thing during my second pregnancy. Trying different positions can help.

lucky you! LOL. I don't remember this happening to me, but it's probably due to the swelling of everything while you are pregnant.

everything is swollen when you are pregnant, and it can cause discomfort. Try using a lube, and ask him to take it easy on you!
