An easy way is to divide by 3. You get twelve. Then take the number before and after 12, 11 and 13. There you are.

Let x be the middle of the three integers.
Then the other two are x - 1 and x + 1.
Adding these values:
(x - 1) + x + (x + 1) = 36
3x = 36
x = 12, giving integers 11, 12, 13.

36/3 = 12
12 + 12 +12 = 36
12 - 1 + 12 +12 + 1 = 36
(12-1) + 12 + (12+1) = 36
11 + 12 + 13 = 36

you have the equation:
x+X+1+x+2=36
3x+3=36
3x=33
x=11
so the numbers are 11,12,13
