***Neuber.com***
Process name: TmProxy.exe

Product: Trend Micro Network Security Components or Trend Pc-cillin

Company: Trend Micro Inc (www.trendmicro.com) or Trend Micro Incorporated (www.trendmicro.com)

File: tmproxy.exe

Get rid of Pc-cillin. Or turn off the internet security feature. Most people report this as a memory hog that will slow down your computer.

This is probably why yours is crashing.

To fix that error, the first place to check should be your computers registry files. For a simplistic definition, these files contain the instructions on how to operate the software and hardware on your computer. These Windows registry keys and files can begin to accumulate overtime and become corrupted and full of errors as software and hardware is added and removed from your computer. If these files get messed up in any way, then you will definitely encounter computer errors.

Heres the removal tool follow the instructions

http://www.atribune.org/downloads/HSFix.zip

After it is downloaded, create a new folder on your desktop called "HSFix" and extract all the files into the newly created folder.

""Boot into safe mode: Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where
you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.
* Locate the HSFix folder on your desktop, open it, and double-click "hsfix.bat"
* A log will be produced which you can close out of. ""

Your antivirus is damaged, remove it and reinstall it again. When the proxy is not working, it just kill off your internet, which sounds like what you are facing now.
