We need to remove mudd from a pond, and have no idea how to do it, who to contact or anything?

They make vacuum devices for swimming pools that hook to a garden hose. It will suck mud and debris from the bottom of the pond. Ask a pool supply store.

um mud is caused by the mixture of water and dirt. if you have made a pond directly into the ground with no liner at all, then well you just made a big mud pit.

if you have liner and dirt got in, mixed with the water and formed mud, then you need to drain the water, let it dry out and then you could probably blow the dirt out.
