In one session... no more than 2 hours with all settings on high.

In one purchase, the battery can last you about 2 years with that session life. After the 2 years, it's best to buy a new standard battery.

Usually 2-3 hours. But will vary depending on the type and size of battery, and how you are using the laptop. The more us access the CD/DVD drive (such as playing a game from it or watching a movie) the more power you will use. The more you access the hard drive, the more power you use. The dimmer you set the display, the less power you use.

You usually have to replace the battery every couple of years as it will start holding less and less of a charge. (5-10 minutes).

I'm sure it varies based on storage capacity variance. 500 charge and deplete cycles for my 96 WHr 12-Cell Lithium-Ion Battery that I ordered today. I will probably have to replace this battery in 2-3 yrs. It will likely hold a charge for around 2.5-3 hours, like it did when I bought it new.

last as in play or last as in work without failure .... play time widely varyies on the power of the laptop and the battery rating ... longevity is usually in the 3 year range i would guess from experience and they degrade over time and will lose their capacity rating slowly with use .....

depends on; processor, graphics card, screen backlight, the work that your HDD and optic drive are doing and the number of cells in the battery (6/9/12)
