personally i think that's BS this is America we are suppose to be able to return stuff for refund if we don't like it.. that's one of the reasons why immigrants move to here because of the freedom to abuse the system.

In general the answer to your question is YES.

Some states, however, have implied merchandising laws which often give you a right to a full refund (cash) if the product does not do what it was promised to do.

These vary from state to state and will require you to research them if you are having a problem.

BUT.. as a guideline, if the store is upfront about their policy and you had a way of learning about it BEFORE you made any purchase then, yes, your refund is handled as per that policy since you are presumed to be a wise consumer and considered that policy before making the purchase.

and that is ALSO a part of the American system.

yes its legal... just dont buy something unless you like it and try stuff on before you buy it so you know it fits. And if you want to get someone a gift then get them a gift card so you dont have to try and return something tehy didnt like.

Of course it's legal. They don't have to provide any return policy at all. The solution is to not buy something if you don't like it.

Oh come on, where in the constitution does it give you freedom of speech, religion and returning crap you shouldn't have bought in the first place?
