I have been going to a lot of garage sales lately. Considering all the extra expenses, when it comes to baby, don't forget garage sales as a good resource. I've been seeing clothing that looks like brand new for 50 cents to a dollar or two plus very cute toys, blankets, cribs, baby lamps etc. Maybe this could supplement what you already have. Best wishes on you new baby. P.S. Don't stress out. Your going to be a great mom.

seems like a pretty good list to me (assuming "main things" means big stuff like carseats/swings/stroller and basics like bottles, diapers, etc)! I will say to make sure you have lots of burpies and sheets...even if you don't need them all at once, when you go through them you go through a lot!
A good investment is in a sun hat/bonnet, too, since it's summery out and you want to make sure you keep that little face out of the sun!
Something we used a lot, too, was a swaddler blanket (the kind with velcro). I swaddle a lot at work, and could do it in my sleep if I tried, but I loved how easy it was to just velcro everything in and then you don't have to worry about undoing the velcro to change diapers, you just undo the bottom....and it has a slit for when baby is in the swing/seat.
Sounds like you're ready to go!

You still need bottles, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, crib, travel system (car seat + stroller), car base for the car, baby formula if not breast-feeding, diapers (at least 1 pack of "newborn" size diapers), extra bodysuits, bath tub, baby wash, baby detergent, baby powder, baby wipes, cream for the bottom, baby lotion, diaper bag, and baby q-tip.
There is never enough things to buy for your baby. The list will continue when he/she gets older. Good luck!

Don't stress yourself out--it's really not worth it!
I would buy one package of NB diapers (he may not need more than that, seriously they grow so fast) and a couple of size 1s, plus diaper cream/vaseline, wipes, powder.
Also, a thermometer.
Honestly, whatever you need you'll buy later.
