ok so i play alot of games online, and the files were deleted by the parents, and since they switched me to a limited account i cannot re install or switch my account type, i really need help so i can reinstall and start playing again!

you need to have the admin account password in order to change your account to an admin account, so without that, you're screwed.

You have to get someone with an Adminstrator account to give you back full rights.
