History generally sorts good from bad music even though something is popular at the moment. But, regarding aesthetics, a superb performance of good music moves the neophyte, who knows nothing about it, and the connoisseur alike. Music badly played may fool some of the audience, but they will know the truth by their lack of responsiveness to it. If the musicians are good and the music is lousy, the conductor's vision and proficiency is the problem. A great conductor can make a pick-up band sound like a real orchestra. Aesthetics is mainly related to performers' proficiency, but also balance of instrumentation, ensemble (playing together) intonation (playing in tune), accoustics of the venue, and the artistic vision of the performer or conductor as it relates to being "true" to the composer's intention.

Music is sound waves that travel inward and outward. Some say that the music waves can reach into our very DNA ... and reach as far as the infinities of outerspace and beyond. Historically in Japan music was mono and focused on one instrument or one voice. Chords were favored by the Westerners (Europeans). There are favored chords that reoccur in most all music. Add to that the rhythme and beats per second, and we have a powerful tool.

Spiritually it is identified that these frequencies will penetrate our very spiritual fiber and produce the following results:

"UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
RE – 417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
MI – 528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
FA – 639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
SOL – 741 Hz – Awakening Intuition
LA – 852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order "
