OMG!!! I saw this show on TV about two weeks ago and it was all about sex changes. First, the person went to their doctor to get some pills to give them breasts and to change the pitch of their voice. Next, he had plastic surgery to change his facial features. I found some websites that might be able to get you started and hopfully they will give you more help. Another name of sex change is sex reassignment, or sex reassignment therapy. I basically googled under "how to have sex reassignment surgery" and came up with some results. Hopefully this will help you. Good luck!

First, you see a psychologist, or better yet a psychiatrist (they are also medical doctors). There is a long-defined mental disorder called gender dysphoria. After some mental and physical tests, if the shrink says you got it, then you will get some help.
One thing to remember, do it yourself plans can produce some freakish results, and if you are already feeling messed up in your mind because of these identity issues, you will be worse when you try to do something poorly and are badly received by the public.
Another thing to remember, there are laws deal quite harshly in places with people who dress in the other gender and operate their lives in public. You could get arrested and branded for the rest of your life as a sex offender simply for going to the wrong restroom. The shrink will provide you a letter (and legal instructions) which will get the police to back off from hauling you away in many situations you could innocently find yourself in.
Finally, the shrink will send you to an endocrinologist to administer the sex hormones. This is distinctly NOT a do it yourself affair. Remember news about a long study of hormone replacement therapy for post-menopausal women that was closed down recently? The hormones, or particularly imbalances (and remember you'll be having both at work for a while, like driving with your foot on the gas and the brake at the same time), can cause stroke and heart attacks. Women were dying in unacceptably high numbers from a hormone that they have lived with for about half their lives. It will be new to you, so be careful and follow directions.
Then again, the doctors may conclude that you simply, physically or mentally or socially won't pass as female, so they will help you with coping methods. There are some people who no longer feel the need to be the other gender after some psychological or physiological issues are addressed. So, spend a few bucks, get some counselling, and get ready to spend a big bunch more because sex changes, especially good ones, aren't cheap.
Good luck.

It sounds like you have a problem. You say you want to be a girl but your a guy and that is because you never have been able to fit in as a guy. Is that right?
It is said that a problem is the perception of the state of reality or the difference between something as it is desired and as it is seen.
I think that your real problem is in your mind. I bet that when you, if you do become a girl that you will still have problems fitting in especially if you tell the truth.
Life is what you make of it.
You are obviously not happy with your life as it is but it isn't because of your physical being or because of other people.
It is you.
You should try other means to be happy. I'm sure with time you will figure out that you can fit in somewhere and that you are good at something and that you were made the way you are for a purpose.
I know I don't know how you feel but I also know other things that help me be O.k. with who I am. Maybe, you should try going with what is real and what is true rather than your feelings? Feelings can be deceptive.
I wish you the best.

wow, you got a long way to go. how old are you???? you can have you attributes changed but no one can give you a womb. You see that must come from God. regardless what you have done over time, you will always be a man on you birth certificate, so I have an idea.
Try seeking God, try finding out why He made you a guy, and what is your purpose as a guy? There many people that can help you that won't ridicule you or look down on you and will show you the truth of what it is to be a man. It is time for men to be men, God is calling men to be men, i urge you to check it out.
God Bless

I don't think you will ever be able to be pregnant and have a menstral cycle. But you can have surgery to make you physically appear to be female. That might help you feel better. But it's a long and painful process that costs a lot of money. Start saving.

Then quit complaining and actually do something about it! Start be seeing a shrink that can write the letters you'll need to get the stuff you need to physically make the switch and the help with dealing with the switch. You sound fairly distressed and you'll need to calm down a bit and think rationally through this before starting down such a permanent path.

Yes, you can get a sex change operation I don't think you can get pregnant or have a period because they are only changing you physically they are not putting female organs in you not that I know of. Maybe you can ask the Dr. and see if he can. I wish you the best of luck!

I don't think there is a lot you can do about becoming pregnant or having menstruating.
But there are definitely things you can do change the way you look, and adjust your genitals. Research, therapy, more research and more therapy....oh and a lot of money.
Good luck.
