Needles, CA has the highest right now ($3.99) and Boiling Springs, SC has the lowest ($2.65). if it was not for the state preventing the prices from going up, the highest would be HI.

Probably California. Here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana the cheapest is about $2.76 for regular unleaded

miami, florida. super unleaded it is at $3.25 a galloon. regular leaded is at $3.03 a gallon
