need to update video card driver?

i have a xfx nvidia geforce 7800GT 256mb video card and i need to update the driver. should i download the driver from xfx or nvidia?? and what's the difference between these two drivers?

nVidia will do it, just make sure you pick the correct one.

just go to the Nvidia website. there is no difference between the two drivers.
