I use to get them all the time... apparantly the main couse is stress and face it there is no way to ellimanate stress. At the moment I am drinking Tripilien, a anti anziety pill eveyday and its is helping. I still get that horrid headaches but allot less often.

Oh yes, only twice in my life. One of those times I went to the ER, I hurt that bad and for that long. They put me in a dark room with an ice pack on my forehead and one on the back of of neck. In about 20 minutes the pain began to reside. Try it, hope it works for you.

Yes, I have...seemed like even my eye lashes hurt as well.Sorry that you don't feel well.Maybe if you took a nice soothing shower,and rested in a cool darkened room.That seems to help me.Eat very lightly and think good things.Feel well soon.
