If you know the town, you can probably search their records online. If it was a "big enough" arrest, it may have made the papers in that town. Best of luck!

If he was charged, there would be a court record of his arraignment, which is public record and therefore available to you. Some states and localities have court records available online. Otherwise, you may have to visit the courthouse.

if the town has a local newspaper, go online, bring it up and look for police reports, should be there, unless they were just hassling him

search your local sheriff's department website for an arrest record. Or if you have a hotline like we do (texas vine system, sad i know) call it up.
