No they can't, they can only make suggestions for what you should do. Based on whether you want your kids back, you will either comly or not comply with them. Plain and simple.

Leave the relationships alone for awhile. The biggest battle you have right now is getting your kids back. You don't have the time to create more problems with a man. We all know that they can be a handful and u already have a lot on your plate. Concentrate on the kids first and the man later. Good luck to you.

They will do a background check on the guy and if they don't approve then that's another strike for you.
It sounds like you might be sabatoging yourself here. Use this treatment to really make some progress in figuring out why all of this happened and what you need to do now for yourself and your kids.

If you love your children, then you will do whatever CPS tells you do in order to get them back...Hell if they told you jump, you better be asking how high.

you better believe it. My sister lost her kids because she was in a relationship with a man whom they found to be a danger to the kids. They were right he was and she chose him over the kids, now her kids are starting to resent her for it..

There is no man worth losing your kids over. Why not focus on your children instead of yourself?

well technically they can , but only b/c they dint trust you around them. maybe b/c of your past substance use or b/c you haven't been clean long enough. the only thing i can tell you is that you should keep your head up , dint get fed up , keep trying and stay clean b/c you have to take care of yourself before you can take care of you kids.
