Dear MM,

I would not consider Swift, I have worked for JB Hunt and Schnider and I recommend them 8 out of 10.

My opinion and although I have never had the pleasure but if I was to get back on the Boulevard again I would check out Werner, nice equipment happy drivers.

These three are in my book great for dry van haulers. If your lookin to haul reefers look into Martin.

Neither. I started with Schneider since I needed training. Stayed there 3 years and moved on. They're all a bunch of liars so it doesn't matter where you start. Get a year behind you and hire on with a good tanker company. That way you get paid for your waiting time and you'll also see the house.

I wouldn't drive for either, but if I had to, it would be Swift. JB Hunt drivers have a "Stupid" reputation. (I say stupid for lack of a better word.

they both suck, both require you to drive like a maniac to make up for waiting / loading time... but one year with swift will give you lots of experience..... good luck!
