Right now I have a child support order through the state I live in ,but my ex lives in Alabama and I keep getting the run around from my state. He doesn't pay me the full amount he owes me and they don't do anything about it.Plus he did't show up when they wanted to know how much he made so they based it on minimum wage and I know he was making more.So if you know any laws please let me know.

If the order is 3 years old, it can be reviewed. You need to register your court order in the state where the father lives. Registering the order allows his state to enforce the order for you and a review will use his correct income to determine the child support amount. You can apply for these services at your local child support enforcement agency at little or no cost.

I dont care what state you live-in, if the parent was summons to appear in court and didnt; then a warrant for their arrest should have been issued.

you need to get with an attorney soon.
