nope i can't think of anything that would be more contagious than a 3 year old with a case of the giggles unless it would be several 3 year olds with the giggles

If said 3 year old just made a huge mess or did something they weren't supposed to do ... no.
But otherwise? Oh, man ... anyone can giggle and I'll start too!

Anything with children involved whether it be giggling or smiling is contagious. I also find kindness from others and love can be contagious as well.

Smile is always contagious but it becomes "irrestible" when comes from a child- I would say it's the most genuine & yet the most gorgeous thing on earth....
