It's STILL cheaper then a gallon of booze (except the really cheap stuff).... but then a gallon of booze gets you much MUCH farther then a gallon of gas... It's shocking--what USED to cost $3.00 to FILL and go 400 miles now costs $30.00 Did you ever EVER notice that the top two leaders of the "free world" are OIL MEN!!!!!!!!!!

What rock do you live under that you don't drive by at least 10 gas stations a day? In West Palm Beach, FL around $3.10 per gallon for regular and $3.30 for Super, Boca Raton, FL was $3.24 for regular on Saturday, who knows by now.

It depends on your area and your states' gas tax. That is , unless you're referring to the price before it gets to you.
Natural gas, or gasoline? I'm not certain what type of answer you are looking for...

I had to sell a kidney last week so I could fill up my truck. This week I am thinking of selling two of my toes.
About 2.90 a gallon in my area though.

I'm in the UK.
Allowing for the difference in the size of US and UK gallon, I pay roughly $6.90/US gal.
$3 sounds like a bargain.
