Make sure you clearly state the condition of goods, and if warranty, the time period, then the shipping cost, basically, you want to cover yourself from teh buyer trying to con you by saying 'oh, its broken' or 'what shipping cost' or 'This is not what you advertised'
As they can dispute that with ebay, ebay are stupid and at time they just refund the buyer even though you are right, so state clearly in your auctions.

Always set a pay-by time limit. In other words, always say Payment must be reieved in 3 days or how ever many you are willing to wait for it. Also, establish a return policy. I always describe my items accurately so I have a NO Returns policy and I say so on the listing. Also, try to avoid negative feedback.

A good tip for selling is always ship with delivery confirmation or insurance. Delivery confirmation shows what time it was delivered. Protects you from buyers saying they never recieved the item.
