Not sure when Season Three Episode One will air.

Perhaps the official site will let us know.

All the site says is "This Fall"

Prison break is going to be back on Mondays nights, the 3rd season starts in October.

Fox hasn't announced their fall schedule yet, hopefully it will still be on Monday nights.
