Please read & help if you can. recently, about 10 days ago, my bro started talking to himself in the mirror, saying things no one can understand, no sleep, doesn't eat either, now he's like a walking skeleton. Everything he does is slower, says he's been seeing ghosts & our dead grandma etc.. everywhere he looks he seems to be frightened of something. This has never happened before. He's a shy person. Handsome but very complex about his height. Didn't finish high school & had accidents when he was little but he was doing fine until about a week ago when things started getting weird. Do you know why he does this? Or have you ever knew someone like that?

Does he take any prescribed anti-depressants or anti psychotic medication. Sometimes these drugs can cause you to hallucinate if they are not taken in proper doses or taken off of their regular schedule. I would seek medical help as soon as possible. He might have some mental problems... I know someone who has problems and is considered "weird" by alot of people. He might need some help from a doctor and may need some medication.

oh my gosh, i never heard something similar, take him to a doctor, or a therapist, and try to talk with him to see what's going on, he probably is "seeing" your dead grandmother, because she gave him attention, he needs attention probably, and his behavior is just to get attention, he'd not eating because he probably wants somebody to tell him that her needs to eat, he wants to see you (and your family) are interested in him, and love him, i'd think that, but anyway u really need to take him to a doctor,and give him more attention and he's slower because he's not eating.
