how is this pacage ..offered by thomas cook ? should one take 1 day stays at some places or just tell them to skip the 1 day stays and just take 2 nights in ENGLAND,3 nights in france(paris) ,2 nights in Nice , (they are offering one night in rome , venece.)so on....basically i want to ask ....should one take a the entire pacakage or just select some countries and stay there longer? also i want to ask is that which countries / places are a must see in europe?

Most travel packages like Thomas Cook don't allow you the flexibility you are looking for. They are very strict and rigid in what they allow, that way they can control costs and maximize profits. If you like a trip that does everything for you, and keeps you on a schedule then go for it. However I don't consider that traveling. I like to make my own plans and control my costs the way I want. See what I want to see and when I want to see it. Exploring, getting lost and finding new things is what travel is really about.
All of Europe is a must see. It would be important to know what you are looking for and your price range before answering that type of question.
