Well you can start by not answering his questions. If you have kids together, he may try to pump them for info. Legally, you could try to get a restraining order, but I somehow think you do not have a case. I suggest politely telling the ex that it is not his business and refuse to answer the questions. If you do not have kids together, why would you even bother talking to him?

It is your background. Why would a lung doctor need to know about activities? Did you really ask that? Why would a knee doctor have to know anything not about the knee? There are other factors they need to take into consideration when treating you. Some medications may not mix well. Your knee problem may be related to headaches you are having. Hey, if you don't want to share it is your right. They can LEGALLY ask anything they want. You don't have to answer. They don't have to keep you as a patient. Answering these questions helps them give you the best medical treatment possible. If they didn't care - they wouldn't be asking to be nosy... why?? Because they don't care. right?? Protecting their own back? Hell yes. They need to know if you are doing things that can make you sicker, so you don't come down on them with a lawsuit saying that "The doctor never told me I couldn't be a volunteer fire fighter. How was I supposed to know. He is a lung doctor"

You must be very firm with him, you say he is your ex, so you owe him nothing. If you have to talk to him eg children! say in a very nice way, its really none of your business any more, that's why your my EX. If he goes on, go silent and refuse all forms of communication, unless you want to talk! Hey girl, Take back your life Be strong, All the best

Make a police report with details and maybe you could request for a court order.

Get a restraining order! It really helps. When he does come around he will get arested, tell them about harassing phone calls too. Tell him your phone is recording him for the police report you have filed. He will never call back! Good-Luck.

I live in Oklahoma too, and if this helps, it sounds like he's a stalker to me!

He can ask all he wants BUT you don't have to answer. Your friends and family shouldn't either. If there is a child involved discuss with the child that they are not to talk about you to thier dad.

I doubt in any state "talking " and "Stalking" are going to be interchangable. You could try the police, but that's a stretch; maybe try a note to his parents.

There's almost nothing you can do about it. Just deal with it. If he starts actually following you, then you can file criminal charges against him for Stalking. But, until then there is nothing you can do.

File a protection order. That'll put a stop to that.
