Probably he'd take votes from both, as he's moderate for a Republican and used to be a Democrat. This moderation is helpful in the general election but it makes it more difficult to win the party nomination. His percentage would be decent but not enough to win. He has a lot of money to spend but that only goes so far, and his position on certain issues like gun control would annoy Republicans.

If he ran, and Rudy was the Republican nominee, it would hurt the Republicans, but only in normally heavily "blue" states. Rudy may have a chance at New York for example (where it is likely no other Republican does), but Bloomberg would damage that for him.
If Rudy is not the nominee it may hurt the Democrats in that the average Republican will still vote Republican but in the "blue" states some of the "blue" is going to go to Bloomberg. Although I don't think it would significant enough to say give Romney or McCain the state of New York for example.

No. He destroyed high quality of life in NYC for actual New Yorkers and allowed his developer acquaintances to construct condos for wealthy foreigners. shape breaking New Yorker's heads and falling on automobiles. much less sq. ft in keeping with individual for parks than the different city in the rustic. thank you, Bloomberg. vast apple isn't probably an analogous after he makes use of his billions to purchase his third seat as Mayor after he altered the regulation to accomplish that. that's all he's acquainted with a thank you to do.

He should run because he would take away votes from rudolph the red nosed idiot. People talk about Obama as an empty suit canindate, Rudy is so bad he couldn't even run against Hilary for senate because he knew he'd get trounced, and Hilary is awful.

Bloomberg is an awesome dude, but I think it's time for Hillary Clinton. Hillary is really looking out for the future of American families. Support Hillary. It just makes sense.
