I live in Central Jersey. I don't have a car. I can reach either New York City or Philadelphia fairly easily. From either of those cities, what's the best way to reach Ocean City, Maryland? (NOT Ocean City, New Jersey. That's actually fairly easy for me.) I know Amtrak doesn't go there, and flying, even if possible, might actually take longer. Is the best way by Greyhound, or is there another bus company? Or is there another way?

I'd say Atlantic City. I'm from MD and never really heard anything great about the bar and nightlife scene of Ocean City. Atlantic City has tons of casinos and is sort of like the Vegas of the East Coast. You'll have fun, you can pick and choose how classy or cheap you want to go, and you can go everywhere casual. Shouldn't have a problem hooking up either.

Greyhound does reach OC, MD, from what I recall. check greyhound.com to be sure, though.

Philly would definitely be shorter and less expensive; anything via NYC would have to go through or near Philly anyway.
