to me, it means that one should always leave concepts and beliefs open to analyzing,,,,,, some you may keep as is, some you may alter or even totally change, you really create your life,,,,, and should question everything,,,,,,

To me, it means that if there is no doubt about something, it will prob not be subjected to much experiment or thought. When one (a scientist) is not sure of something. they experiment.

For example, there is not much doubt that an apple will fall if dropped. So not many scientists are going to experiment on WHETHER an apple will fall.
However there is some doubt as to whether an apple will fall faster or slower than a bowling ball, NOW you have an experiment.
