No!!!!!!! I might as well name my child Loquisha or something else dumb! People dont name your children terrible things!! Use your brains and dont give your children curses for the rest of their lives

Probably not, but there's a lot of snobbery about children's names that should be resisted (in UK anyway), which is why we have so many boring 'John' s and 'Ian's and 'Christine's.
On the other hand, you have to consider the danger of a child being teased if they have an unusual name. Beyonce is actually fairly frequent in UK at the moment.
It's not so much unusual names as pretentious (long, foreign-sounding) names that get stick. I would like to name a child 'Berry' (whether boy or girl), and I don't think it would be seen as pretentious..

Well, do you mean that you are pregnant and you are considering it? Or you just were wondering about it?
I think that giving a child a strange name is a trip you are putting on the kid for your own enjoyment. Unfortunately, the kids lives with this forever.
Now, if you are thinking of naming YOUR kid after a famous person with a weird name, then that is REALLY hopeless. Name your kid after your Mom or Aunt - that's decent, safe and respectful.
And p-l-e-a-s-e...DON"T A MAKE UP A NAME.

probably not, it works for some but not for others.
It'd depend on my spouse too though. And what she thought of the name.
Now if I married beyonce it's a possibility. LOL. Then I'd name our child Beyonce the 2nd.

girl hell no i would not name my child beyonce yo have got to be on some serious drugs to name Ur child that. you also have no creative side when it comes to naming Ur child that a child's name should always reflect your child and make that child proud to have that name and not be a stage slut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would depend on where I was from, if Beyonce would fit it. I, being American, wouldn't name my kid that.
