It changes every year. Last year it was rainy and rather cold, 16-20 degr. Celsius. But August can also be warm or very warm in Holland, about 25-30-35 degr. C. We just have to wait and see. Average it's warm 20 - 25 degr.C.

When I was there last August it was in the 70s (F obviously), although it often felt warmer because it was very sunny.
