1) There were 3 of them for Germany (answer depends on which date you use for the end of the war):
Joachim von Ribbentrop (February 4th 1938-April 30th 1945)
Arthur Seyss-Inquart (April 30th 1945-May 2nd 1945)
Johann Ludwig Graf Schwerin von Krosigk (May 2nd 1945-May 23rd 1945)
& Vyacheslav Molotov 1939-49 for the Soviet Union

2) Anschluss (aka Anschluss Österreichs) (rough translations: connection or political union & Connection of Austria)

3) Krupp

4) Baldur von Schirach (mom was American)

5) He had two brothers: Albert Göring and Karl Ernst Göring, but I'm assuming Albert is the one you want. Albert was a German Businessman who helped Jews and dissidents, so basicially he was the complete opposite of Herrman.
