This is my GCSE science work, I looked all over the internet, but can't find information on this topic, are there any sites out there, which have pictures of circuits with two transistors.

This question is kind of vague. The answer is, it depends on the circuit and what it is designed to do.

Transistors can be made to function as diodes or resistors, depending on how they are connected together, and since it is usually easier and cheaper to form a transistor on an IC chip than it is to form either a diode or a resistor, then sometimes the circuit is reconfigured to consist only of transistors.

It depends on the circuit. Several circuits come to mind. One such circuit that uses multiple transistors is a differential amplifier. The differential amplifier is the foundation for operational amplifiers. Operational amplifiers are building blocks that use even more transistors that serve various functions within the amplifier.
