I have laminated my degree certificate. I need to get attestation behind the degree certificate for visa purpose. I would like to know if there is any way by I can un-laminate my degree certificate without damaging it.

If the plastic film has been pasted using heat or some adhesive (most of the lamination processes use one of them), I doubt whether you will be able to delaminate the same without damaging your degree. Try some organic solvent on a separate sheet of laminated paper and see whether you can dissolve the plastic film without damaging the paper.

just make a copy of it, I dont think you can remove the laminate off the paper. You should be able to write to your college and get a replacement degree. For a fee of course.
