According to pot smokers and Rastafarians, yes it does.
According to the uptight people in the US, no it doesn't.
Personally, I don't think it makes a difference.

you smoking weed while your wife pregnant? No.

Who ever told you that must be a pothead! This is most certainly not true. It is a rumor. Smoking pot/weed, or whatever you want to call it, causes many birth defects, and can cause addictions to the baby in later years. Don't balieve everything you hear!

My baby is Very advanced....and we'll leave it at that ;)
However, I never smoked while pregnant and would never smoke around her....
you figure it out...please dont put ur baby in harms way

Do you mean during pregnancy? Smoking anything will cut oxygen levels to the fetus, which could cause damage to the infant's brain, and make her or him LESS smart, not more smart.
In other words, bad idea.

I really can not stand people like you, I just had a newborn he is not even 2 weeks old yet & it makes me sick when people even think to do things to danger the baby. Grow up and get a life.

Hello.....smoking pot KILLS brain cells..... Have you ever honestly meet a SMART drug user...I know I haven't...Every one I have meet was pretty stupid. Any child around any form of drug should be removed from that parent and the parent should be arrested for child abuse.
