I'm so mad at her. I was asleep because like every sunday, I go to bed early so I can get up and go running early in the morning. Well she came in my room and said, "Why are you going to bed so early?" No actually she yelled this. And then she turned on the light!! I can't believe she would do that. And she said " Why are you going to bed??" And I yelled, "Turn off my light!". I was so pissed! Why would she do this! Its so rude!! She didn't even have a reason to wake me up!! And now I didn't wake up in time to go running.

Your roommate is jealous that you have the will power to wake up in the morning and run, which is extremely good for you body. She can simply not compete, so she vents her jealousy by acting like a total idiot. Keep up the running, and don't let some crazy roommate stop you. Also if she keeps waking you up try going to sleep with music, I can fall asleep much easier with headphones on.

People do everything for a reason. It may not be a reason that makes sense to us, but it does to them. I would ask her what it was all about and listen to her side of it. Then I would explain to her why you go to sleep early IE so you can get up early to run and let her know how angry and upset you were over what happened. Suggest a more appropriate way to get what she wants or needs from you.
She may be lonely or needed a friend.

Oh my god calm down it's not the end of the world just because she woke you up i mean if you really wanted to go running you would have got yourself up and gone. Im sure that a person waking you up for a few seconds isn't really gonna make a difference.

Catch up on the jogging the next morning.

She had a nightmare and needed her mom to comfort her but she went home for Mothers Day. So, she turned to you instead because she was too embarassed to let someone else know about it and trusted only you. However, upon seeing you so upset by her scream, she just left. That also explains why she had to turn on the lights.

does she know u always go running on Sundays? And that you always go to bed early on Saturdays to prepare for your run? Even if she does explain it to her again...try to explain to her the equivalent of doing something bad in her world (dont actually do it though) Hope I helped!

Um, sounds like you are overreacting. Just let her know that on Sunday, you do not like to be disturbed. Did you ever stop to think that maybe something was bothering her and she needed someone to talk to? I'm sure she had a reason, but after you yelled at her she didnt want to share it.

the best thing to do is relax and get back at her. while she's sleeping, put her hand in a bowl of cold water and wait to see her reaction after she wakes up.
