If you want dialup with an accellorator I personally have to vouch for using peoplepc because I have used it and I actually had to turn the web accellorator off because it was making the inet move too quickly for certain pages to load for javascript. Otherwise depending on where you live I will suggest comcast. It is rather inexpensive especially if you go for the triple play deal. We get phone, cable, and internet for about ninety dollars a month and premium channels. The internet I have with this is the fastest I'd ever experienced. I'd say second to that, not pricewise, but for quality, is verizon, but good luck getting a technition to your house if you have problems. I am going to vouch for comcast.

Depends on your location. All high speed internet services aren't available everywhere. Find out which services are available to you, then ask the question.

Be wary of hidden costs, for example DSL is often delivered by the telephone company but you have to pay an additional IP service provider to get email/web etc.. In other words you get the DSL from the phone company, but get Internet services from joeblow.net. Each month you pay the phone company $x for DSL and joeblow.net $y for IP services.
