Hello Earnest,
Well at least one time a day I will visit the site. Due to a terminal illness in our family I have a lot of time on my hands at the present time. So far...... NO violations. I hope I can keep it that way.

I haven't a violation notice in the last six months, so I must be doing something right. To answer your question, there is no set limit to the number of violation notices required before a user's yahoo answers account is terminated. Yahoo answers suspensions are coordinated by the yahoo answers customer care team, and it is true to suggest that some users have been suspended after one violation notice, other have had hundreds and are still here. It is therefore frequency and severity of violation that are taken into consideration when staff decide to suspend a user's account. For example, posting adult content is likely to merit the automatic suspension of an account, compared to chatting which shall always only merit a violation notice. However should you continue to chat despite numerous violation notices then your account may also be at risk. But that's all violation notices are, little warnings. Don't take them too seriously as most are genuinely mistakes which can be corrected. Remember you can also appeal any violations you feel are unjust. All the best ¢hεεrs

I get a few a week. Most times than not, it isn't about targeting any one group. I do however try and tell the truth as I see it.

For some reason it tends to make people of the liberal political spectrum upset.

My last one was the one about "the good news from Iraq".
All I did was post some websites and blog sites from military personnel, and I got reported for it.

Now why would that be?

To be honest most weeks none but it's an interesting question.Sometimes I get more than one in a day while my tone isn't very different than other weeks so I'm left guessing what the logic behind that is.
Sometimes I'm more how to say combative maybe and don't get violations for my posts then while other days my Q&A is moderate and seeking a middleground and it does get a violation notice, very weird.
Also interesting to me about this question is the top ten.Do you have to be suspended to get in?I mean of all people in the top ten there are several who have or had their account suspended and to me that's weird. To get there you have to do a lot of Q&A so you would think if a member was such a big abuser yahoo would have noticed before.I wonder if some people in the top ten really care about the points and try to eliminate the oposition not on a political basis this time but purely about the rank, could that really be?
My participation on the political section strongly varries, usually I do a couple of answers a day though but there are weeks I do more and also do more questions, depends.Again the weird thing is the amount of violation notices isn't really related to how much I participate.I'm very interested to read what others say about this.

I have only had one violation in Politics. I asked what people thought of Bernard Goldberg, mainly because he annoys both sides of the political spectrum. I included a link to his site.

I still don't know what I did wrong, even though I asked for clarification.

I come here every day.

I got a violation last week for my answer to someone's question, "Your Funny". Cruel aren't I.
How often do I use the politics site? Daily. I think I'm addicted.

Well, I am using it more now than I did, I'd say I've gone to once or twice a Week to several times a day. I used to Post more in R&S, but I got sick of the freeks who only post to insult Christians.

Interestingly enough, I havent gotten a Violation Notce since I started only responding to Posts from my Contacts.

I'm on here pretty much daily. I haven't gotten a whole lot of them, but they are usually for something seriously stupid, lol.
Apparently you are only allowed to give opinions if they agree with everybody else's opinion. Oh well, I usually hold back. I figure the intelligence on here for the most part is pretty low. You can tell by the thumbs up/down system. If you give an actual, factual answer you get 10-15 thumbs down. But if you give some pulled out of your *** answer you get thumbs up.
