At first it was white and I thought it was ick and put a treatment in, then it got larger the next day. His skin kind of just floated off and it looked alittle bloody....?? He didn' really move just floated towards the bottom. Does anyone know what it might be? Please help! Thanks!

Without seeing the fish it would be difficult to tell however, it would suggest to me that it became trapped near a heat source, with the result much the same as if you were burnt. White blister which would drop off quickly leaving an open wound.

Ich treatment needs to continue for 12 days it will not clear up over night and seems to get worse before it gets better. I would have to guess without seeing photos it was a bad case of ich. Ich attacks usually the gills first however will embed itself into the fish's skin which is why it is important to diagnose and treat quickly.

sounds like it wasn't acclimated to the recent tank outstanding. i'm guessing the water is quiet different simply by fact that one tank has filtration and the different would not. putting the weakened shark in a clean ecosystem substitute into probable too plenty. best probability could have been to take some previous tank water and sick fish, and slowly upload the recent tank water with a drip line. yet even this would not make certain he might have survived. with a bit of luck he will pay attention to you next time!
