Ok the right answer is that the number of Hydrogen atoms in a substance determines the basicity of an element. the more the hydrogen atoms the lowere the basicity. HSO4 has low hydrogen atoms than NH2. so that describe that the number of hydrogen atoms in a mole detemines the basicity.
