The consistency, volume, color, smell, (taste?), are all the same.

The semen is not made in your tentacles. It follows a different path to the “exit”, so it is completely un-effected. The sperm are microscopic. You won’t notice them missing.

It all feels the same. You, and your lover(s) will not note anything different.

I got mine at age 21. I am now 40. I have been divorced, dated, and so on. I have a lot of milage on mine. No issues.

no. the sperm makes up a very small part of the total volume. the bulk is fluid used as a vehicle to carry it safely into the vagina and protect it until it can reach the egg

It didn't with me, and I had mine done 36 years ago. I am still going strong, and the volume is just as great as it was 36 years ago. I have never noticed any difference.

Chow!!
