Can you please write it in number? When people say it or you read it somewhere, how do you know that whether it is pm or am?

99 o'clock ,i believe means, 1:39 a.m.
99 is probably how many minutes. subtract 60 min (1 hour) and then you have 39 minutes left so the time is 1 hour 39 minutes in the morning. It is the morning sue to military time.

There is no such thing as ninety-nine o'clock. That is the time that new appliances flash before you set the clock (all 9's). On most clocks, there is some kind of an indicator light which gives you an idea if the time is a.m. or p.m.

Hmmm, am not sure, but did you mean nine-to-nine o'clock? It could either refer to a time frame of twelve hours from 9 am to 9 pm, or 9 pm to 9 am. On the other hand it could also mean it is 9 minutes before 9 o'clock.

if it's nine to 9 o' clock, then it's 8:51... strictly speaking, it's am, because on the 24 hour clock, it'd be 20:51... if your clock is saying 99:00... it's probably time to get a new clock! lol, get it??
