Two questions here.
#1. Yes. It is racist to want that.
#2. In the past, the Native Americans were the REAL Americans. Now it is ALL of these people. Whites have NEVER been the only real Americans.

I don't know if i would call it racist, since most countries like to keep their native race in power. However, different people would argue who is really the native race in America, indians or white man. And it is also argued how much culture from other countries should be a part of America (i.e. muslum, communism of old, etc) But, keep in mind that we aren't a dictatorship or a theocracy. This country was built with diverse hands. As an old song once proclaimed 'share the land'

Those who are proud to BE Americans, thats who should make up the majority. People who care about how the country will be 20, 30, 50, years from now. The majority should be those who actually want to stop violence, greed, and war, majority should be considered who is good and who is not, not what color someone is.
Oh, and your question was racist.

Who represents real Americans? Native people, of course. We have 10,000-plus years on Caucasians here.
And yes, technically, it is racist to want white people to remain in control. You're assuming that due to their race, all white people are inherently capable of controlling things. That's a fallacy.

I'm not saying that you are racist but to want whites to remain in power and control is unrealistic, racist, and immature. America is filled with all different types of people. I want the best, most educated, most moral, and most realistic person in power, who ever that may be regardless of color.

Your not racist your just a realist. Anyone who is in power wants to stay in power out of fear that they will be subjected to the same injustices that they have inflicted upon other people. however by holding on to that power they are just avoiding the inevitable. A country founded/created by immigrants, and built by minorities is bound to have a shift in power.

In answer to your question, Yes I would say that is racist. To want/not want someone to be/not be something simply based on Race is racist.
