I have an adenium and suddenly a big hairy caterpillar came to its current place. How to keep it out? Spray it with insecticide? Because its current place is the best place to get much sunlight, I don't have any other choices.

I want to know the caterpillar repellent, not to kill it when it exists already.

Caterpillars are Butterflies in disguise. I not like to kill caterpillars, some do become moths though. What you may try is just a Roach Spray (Whatever you have around the house) and just spray your flower pots or around on top of the ground, not on the plant. Then your plants can welcome Butterflies and Honey Bees without harm and the Spray around the bottom deter caterpillars without killing them.

Spray some diluted dish washing soap on your adenium. Make a 1 part soap to 10 part water dilution.
