1 gram of alcohol equals 1 gram of water.
If however, you meant "is alcohol denser than water, depends on the alcohol. Look on the label and a density should be given. As water has a density of 1.0, alcohols with a density greater than 1.0 will be more dense.
Mixing the two may not give you a direct answer as many alcolhols are miscible in water.

Depends what you mean:
A molecule of alcohol (ethanol) weighs more than a molecule of water.
Pure ethanol, a liquid at room temperature and pressure, is less dense than water is at room temperature and pressure.

Most alcohols are soluble in water (and vice-versa), and they don't tend to separate out, so from that point-of-view both are equally 'heavy'.
From a molecular weight point-of-view, all alcohols are heavier than water -- even the lightest, methanol, is CH3OH is heavier than H2O.
