The Upstage (from Sprint Nextel) is designed to work with paid music downloads from Sprint's music service. I do not know if you can load MP3 files from your computer into the Upstage. I will ask and let you know.

Edit:

If you don't have it, the user manual for the UpStage phone is available on the Internet at the URL below. Here are the instructions from page 262 regarding loading music into the UpStage:

"UpStage lets you use the Sprint Music Manager application to manage the music content on your PC and then easily copy it to your phone’s microSD card. Just install the software from your CD and you’re on your way. The Sprint Music Manager application helps you use your PC to organize, search for, purchase, and play music files and burn music CDs."

Note that you will need the ability to read/write to a microSD memory card to load music from your PC into your UpStage phone. You can get a microSD reader for your computer at anyplace that has a decent electronics department, such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's and even Wal-Mart.

Good luck!

The touchpad layout makes enjoying video games awkward. finally, the telephone often is merely sluggish.
