All the time. Theres one thing on paricular that I wish I hadn't done, but I won't talk about it here....
I'm also always wishing that I had done certain things...sometimes even in the moment my head is screaming for me to say or do something, but I still don't...

Personally, I have no regrets. It's not worth my time to regret what I've done and I do/say what needs to be done/said.
With that being said, I would rather regret doing something, because once a moment has passed you can't go back and say what you should have or do what you should have.

Regret no having done something. But that question can sometimes get you into trouble when you think you would regret it if you don't, then you do and you regret that even more than if you didn't.

I have some regrets. There are things I wish I had done.
I think, for the most part, I'd rather try and fail than not try at all.
Of course, at the same time, my biggest regret, getting my Master's degree, cost me $60,000. That kind of outweighs the "happy I tried it, even though it's good for nothing" thing.
But in general, try and fail over sitting back and doing zip.

I guess it depends on what that "something" is. There are some things I would never do, and never regret it, but there are things I've done and regretted. I hate regret. It's like guilt. It just eats you up.

My biggest regret is NOT having done something. When you try and it doesn't work out, you learn from it. You get nothing when you don't do anything.

I would rather do it. Who knows I might not regret it.
If I know I will regret it before I do it. Then I don't do it. Why inflict self punishment?
