I give you an old natural childbirth approach that is only now becoming more popular in America. But, it has been done here for many, many years.
I really not give you picture links but a search for "waterbirth" will return many.
These sites give you some insight to another birthing alternative that is "Natural".

I hate the term "Natural" childbirth! I prefer "intervention-free childbirth", because IMHO, if you are giving birth through your vagina, it is natural! Having pain relief doesn't make it less natural.

Having said that, I commend any woman who wants to try for an "intervention-free" birth, because women are more powerful than they give themselves credit for, and we all know that anytime interventions are used there is some degree of risk to mother and baby, so anytime you can lessen risks during childbirth it's a good thing. :)

I highly recommend hiring a professional labor coach - or a doula - to attend intervention-free births. They are better trained and equipped with all the "tricks of the trade" to assist a mother in getting through labor without medical interventions. www.dona.org
