One of the biggest lies in the entire history of India has been that of the so called "Aryan Invasion Theory".
This theory was first introduced to the world by the British, when they ruled India, and it's purpose was to keep Indian society divided in order to make it easier for them to rule.

The theory itself argues that ancient Indian society was ruled by Dravidians and there that there was a huge invasion by "Aryans" who were from Russia and central Asia. The theory argues that these Aryans brought the Vedic religion to India. The British also cooked up some stupid idea that all Brahmins and fair skinned Indians were of Aryan descent and all "lower caste" Indians and dark skinned Indians were of Dravidian descent.

The Aryan Invasion Theory is one of the biggest myths propagated about Indian history. Not only has there been no scientific / archaeological evidence to corroborate the Aryan Invasion theory, but furthermore, there has been an abundance of evidence to refute it.

The predominant reason that the British introduced this dirty piece of fiction into Indian classrooms was because, in light of the fact that India was first ever unified under the British Raj, the British were worried that there would be the establishment of Hindu unity and Hindu nationalism (that would cut across caste and creed) which could challenge their rule. That is why they sought to present Indian civilisation as a civilisation that was comprised of many completely different heterogeneous races.

My question is, that “By Refusing To Correctly Nullify The Aryan Invasion Theory As A Historically Incorrect Myth And By Continuing To Wrongly Teach It As A Historical Fact, Are The Communists/Leftists/Secularist... Who Comprise The Indian Government Carrying On The Antecedents Of DIVIDE AND RULE Established By The British Predecessors???

Because let’s face it, the moment that Hindus unite by breaking out of caste and creed, and establish their Hindu religion as the first criteria of their identity, the first people to lose out would be the Communists / Leftists and Secularists who are currently oppressing the Indian population.

Some theories state that aryans invaded India at around 3100 BCE. Some believe it to be 1500 BCE. However, there's no solid proof.

1> If there was an invasion, history should have mentioned about a huge war. But you don't find any traces of any such war.

2> The artifacts of 'Dwarka' that wer discovered off the shores of Gujarat are measured to be more than 7,000 years old. 'Ramayana' was an epic that was based in incidents far before 'Mahabharata'. And Lord Rama was from the vedic culture, which is believed to be an aryan culture. That Implies aryans were here far before.

3> 'Rishi August' was known to be originator of Tamil language and scripts. He inscribe the scripts for the first time in stones. This is explained in a part of 'Ramayana' when Lord Rama, in search for Devi Sita travels towars south, and imparts knowledge to Laxmana about the language over there. hence Supposing that the two cultures had differences then, 'Rishi' is believed to be part of aryan culture and not Dravidian culture. yet he derived a language foir dravidian culture. Strange!!

4> The vedic culture not only represents the aryan traditions, but dravidian traditions too. For example the 'Vaman avatar', who shattered the ego of king Bali, who was believed to belong to the south. Southies were supposed to be strictly dravidians. 'Vaman' was supposed to be from a period far earlier then 'Ramayana'. So were aryans here far more earlier?

If you could research a bit, you would find, that the aryan invasion theory is nothing but a myth. The spread of vedic culture, at it's golden period expanded from afganistain in west to combodia in east, and from Tibet in the north to Sri Lanka in the South. Or could be possible that these boundaries were beyond those regions.

The theory is based on a plain observance that north Indians and south Indians show distinct differences with their physical attributes. So they had to originate from two different races. But since ages, as mankind spread throughout the globe, they were exposed to different environmental conditions, and developed different lifestyles (that could be in harmony with their environment). That could have impacted development of their physical attributes as well.

A lot of eurpoeans too belong to supposedly aryan race. What happenned to that very vedic culture (If that culture belonged to aryans)?

Basically, what we call talk about races, we are just talking about discrimination based on physical attributes. The root is the same. Each person belonging to a race is a 'Homo Sapien'. Physical attributes are results of 'adoption of particular genetic trait' with respect to environment.

In those far early days, people used to travel a lot in search for better habitat. Possibly, aryans too spread. But you never know spread to India, or from India. Cos they were here thousands of yearss ago. The culture was here thousands of years ago. So called Dravidians and Aryans both followed the same vedic fundamentals, same ayurvedic fundamentals, same astronomical fundamentals, same fundamentals about deities and God, etc., in fact the very same culture. Just some bit of differences imparted due to distance and habitats.

All in all, Aryan invasion theory is I believe is just a myth.An illogical representation of what few believed could have possibly happenned.

All the best...

:-)

Actually......you are pretty much right. India is a secular democratic country, in which the parties gain votes on the basis of caste. It's like there has been a new saying among the people....."Indians dont cast their vote, they vote their caste". Those people who have the real understanding sit in their homes and let others do the polling. One aspect i this. further, the matter in the books, as proposed by Ncert, is under sufficient political pressure and any kind of debate surely damages the dignity ( if anY) of ncert. They dont wanna face dangers of changing the matter and facing the government. Its just like....it isnt divide and rule reallly,.....because we are already divided, and they are already ruling....and those who have the power to bring the change, to clean the society are sitting in their homes like we are and arguing about whether or not it is divide and rule. Its just that we are too small minded to believe the aryan invasion theory.....but politics exists and will force us to include it into the books.

I have no evidence of any thing. Anyway all this talk of historians having evidence about anything I think is total crap. Like minded scientists will discuss some things and agree on one thing. That is not evidence, just a consensus. All history is about consensus and about individual belief.

So my belief is that there was NO Aryan Invasion. Just a eloborate myth created. Light skinned people like to use it because it gets them closer to being a Gora (which according to many is linked to attractiveness, sexiness, affluence and other things that can help propogate their genes).
Dark skin people hate it as that puts them in a place where they do not want to be.
AI was believed to be less than 4000 years ago, reason Christian indologist did not want to put this invasion before the world was created according to their religious belief.

There was no scientific backing for the time line.

North Indians, Pakistanis, Persians and Afghans want to believe this theory because that equates them with Whites as explained in the first paragraph. Even dark skinned north indians love this theory, because in-spite of being dark skinned they can atleast claim an light-skinned heritage.

A bunch of lies. Thats all it is. But I am sure it will live on as many people need it for their self-worth and for suppressing the self-image of their darker brothers and sisters.

No idea of what you are talking about but understood that one of the figures involved in Indian Nationalism wrote a book on the Vedas called "Artic Origin of the Vedas" whilst jailed. B G Tilak i think was his name.

Thumbs down already. Have you read this book then. I'm told its very convincing. Just trying to add to the sum total of human understanding.

Just a short quote from a book I read. Note I know nothing of Indian politics and this is not intended as a comment on these.

In short, Tilak shows that the oldest Vedic hymns must have been written by priests living in the Arctic Circle. I have no room in this book to summarise the evidence, * but will give a single example. Ushas in the Vedas are the goddesses of the dawn. They are very popular, appearing over three hundred times in twenty different hymns. Now the dawn in India is nothing special: day comes quickly as in all sub-tropical latitudes. But in the Arctic the dawn is spectacular. The sun moves in a circle round the Pole star and as the six months' night is ending the dawn appears again and again. On the Siberian shores of the Arctic Ocean it moves in a majestic dance coming close to the horizon, rosy and full of hope and dipping again to darkness. The number of false dawns increases until there are thirty in all. Now the Vedas describe the Ushas as thirty sisters who go round in five groups before the sun rises. It is hard to conceive how the picture of dawn going round the sky could have arisen in the minds of people not living in the far north... There are numerous
other evidences of a Hyperborean origin of the Vedic hymns.

Aryan Invasion is not a theory but a historical fact which is not digested by the peoples likes of you-the Hindu zealots. Because if you accept this truth then most of the People of Northern India are Aryans, who like other Invaders have looted, plundered and driven out the original inhabitants of the Ganges plains. You and the likes of you will never accept this historical fact because if you do then your Lords Ram & Krishna (if they are a part of history and not mere mythology) are also from the same Aryan race. But then History cannot be just wished away, mind you.
And if there is "an abundance of evidence to refute it", pray then what is stopping you from presenting it. You are part of the Indian clan which has decided to repeat a lie thousand times till it is accepted as the truth. You seriously need to get your facts right before commenting on "half decent educational background" of other people.
I take this oppotunity again to invite you to the real truth. May Allah guide you. Ameen.

Your proposition that there are Aryan and Dravidian itself is a blow to the modern India. British used the concept to divide India and was successful. If you try to glorify the British concepts, you are still trying to divide India.

Why should there be any Aryan or Dravidian - all are Indians - That's all

Yes ! It's an absolute lie ! I subscribe to the theory propounded by Bhagwan Das Gidwani in his book 'The Return of the Aryas'.The theory given by VA Smith does not appeal to common sense & yet in the schools books it is his version that is taught . It must be changed.

Aryans' invasion is an obvious truth, supported by sufficient historical and archaeological evidence. It is not a lie. 99+% Indians too do not suspect it.

A few, influenced by western culture and religion, have been inventing new theories every day (or hour) about Hindustan and Hinduism, to suit their imaginations and created ideas. They need to study and learn the true Hinduism, its culture, tradition, customs, etc. in its original shape, instead of trying to adulterate with their evil additions, deletions, alterations, modifications and self serving commentaries

Journey of symbol" swastika" from ancient times is evident.
All ancient greatmen were called by the name of "Aryaputra".
